Great Job Superior. I changed and added to original design without any problems or hesitation from The Superior crew. What a journey, we managed to find a granny flat specialist who not only built but designed the flat to our specifications, and managed to squeeze it in the site, using skill and tenacity, and fire walls!!It started slowly, with the joys of the permits, but once that was done it went quite quickly.And yes with every project there were challenges, however they were dealt with quickly and smoothly.A major factor for us was having good, quick and clear communication , which was always the case.All in all a great job and would recommend them to others.Thanks

Superior granny flat did a fabulous job on my site. The service is great just like company’s name superior. From start carpenters to finish painter each stage tradies did very well jobs the floor boards guy is very detailed when he did the job. And builder Ryan and owner Dugg are easygoing people few items I was changed after signing contract but they still happy to change and make me feel like very good.And another good thing is they build very quick within 4 months the job done, whatever you living in or for investment purposes it will save your money time is money.Very happy for this company and each tradies especially carpenter Aaron and Peter.

We cannot fault these guys at all! They’re friendly, approachable, and understanding. By far the best tradies we have ever had attend our property by far! Their workmanship is second to none and they actually clean up after themselves! Huge thanks to Paul and his crew for not only the job you did but always respecting us and making sure the end of the day the yard was still safe for the dogs. Huge thanks to Simon for everything you accommodated for as we know it was a battle for a bit there.If you are considering a granny flat for your granny, your kids, or somewhere to escape from said kids - these are the guys you want! 10/10 without question!

We have recently completed a build with Superior Granny Flats, and couldn’t be happier! From initial consult to finalisation, the communication between all teams was calm, clear and constructive. Superior organised all council permits here in Ballarat, and were knowledgeable about the changing laws within Victoria at the time.The design team took our personalised concept drawings, and made these a reality, listening clearly to all the quirks we wanted within the build.We were concerned starting a build, after hearing horror stories that have circulated over the last few years, but have nothing but praise for the team at Superior. It took me a couple of months of research before choosing Superior Granny Flats. They have been nothing but amazing. Simon the construction manager has been extremely helpful throughout the process, he made great suggestions to help me overcome some obstacles, assisted with any changes I wanted made to the flat and was very quick with his responses. Very happy with the build. We went to check out their display and was impressed by what we saw. When we were seriously looking into it, Simon was very helpful. He answered and clarified the questions we raised, suggested some options re rearranging the outlay and included some stuff at no extra cost.The flat was built on site as opposed to the other companies we spoke with.I would highly recommend building with Superior Granny Flats.
