We Just wanted to say that all the trades we have had come thru builders, painters both flooring guys etc to be the most lovely people all really nice and nothing was ever a drama. You really have a great crew behind you.

WOW !!! and so grateful to everyone at Superior Granny Flats, Bayswater. From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew I was in the right place. The process was so easy. They talked me through just how it all works. Getting the permit through council only took a couple of weeks and to build the whole unit only took just over six weeks. Everyone one of the tradesmen were professional, punctual, friendly and extremely helpful (and… they cleaned up and took all debris away).
